In 2019, Schroeder Management Company had the privilege of participating in Orange County United Way’s Welcome Home OC program. This program benefits both the property owner and the residents renting the apartments through this program. The benefits for the property owner include:

1) guaranteed rent
2) maximum allowable security deposit
3) long term residency
4) the satisfaction of being a part of improving people’s lives

The residents living in our communities benefit from receiving beautifully maintained apartments to call home.  As we start 2020, we anticipate our continued participation in Welcome Home OC program.
